You will want to note, however, that the best way to enjoy the Las Olas Riverfront may be to just go, soak in the atmosphere, and explore all that downtown Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
One of the best ways to get to the Las Olas Riverfront is by boat. Yes, you heard us right. Due to the Intracoastal Waterways that run through Fort Lauderdale, you can actually travel through much of the city through its extensive canal system. Many of the restaurants on the Las Olas Riverfront will actually allow you to pull your FL boat rental right up to their dock and may even serve you from your boat! If you want to rent a boat, you can spend the day out on the water and then pull up to the Las Olas Riverfront in the evening to get some food and maybe enjoy some nightlife.
