Touted by some to be “America’s Greatest Family Resort,” Ocean City, New Jersey may be your next vacation destination. Ocean City is a resort island that consists of more than eight miles of beautiful beaches where you can lay out in the sun, enjoy the salty ocean waters, go jet skiing, or any number of other water sport activities. A year-round family getaway destination, Ocean City has a variety of activities and attractions for visitors of all ages.

In addition to its sandy beaches, Ocean City, NJ also has 2.5 miles of boardwalk. People love to visit the boardwalk to just take a leisurely stroll, pick up a snack or a bite to eat, play a round of miniature golf, or even visit the two amusement parks or water park located right off the boardwalk. May through October seems to be when the boardwalk is hopping, and vendors are ready to serve you, whether you’re looking for that perfect cotton candy or a trendy outfit from one of the specialty shops.

Ocean City is a great place to visit whether you plan to stay for a day or more.
