Locations:
There are two locations you can bring your Alaska RV rental to in Anchorage. The first is downtown at 525 W. 4th Avenue, and the second is at 1921 W. Dimond Boulevard. The downtown location can be the perfect place to dine if you plan to enjoy an evening at the Performing Arts Center taking in an event.
If you visit the downtown Anchorage location, all three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are offered here. The newer Dimond location offers dinner only. Now we’d like to take a few minutes to brief you on some of the Hott Stixx menu highlights.
For a starter to split with those you brought with you and your Anchorage RV sale, the spicy Thai peanut wings are quite a hit. These are for those of you who like an extra kick, and you can even add more spice if you want. These wings are tossed in a chili peanut sauce and sprinkled with fresh cilantro.
Other starters to try include coconut calamari, ginger black bean taco, pot stickers, walnut tiger prawns, tofu lettuce cups, Thai basil crab dip, and Szechwan peppercorn fries. The basil crab dip includes snow crap mixed with Thai basil, Panko bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese.
Ready to hear about the entrees at Hott Stixx? Jamaican-jerked chicken is a grilled chicken in a house marinade, green curry, and cashew bacon with grilled asparagus and rice. The ginger halibut is another favorite with its ginger butter sauce and topped with a wilted herb salad and vegetable stir fry.
Other entrees featured include the grilled salmon BLT, Kalbi burger, black bean scallops, Kalbi ribeye, grilled king crab, and pork spare ribs.
